DONSKOY SHARES THE NEW SINGLE ‘BANG’ – LISTENHERE
| The polymath creative force DONSKOY today enhances his nascent music career as he shares his brand new single ‘BANG’. The track comes as DONSKOY is in the midst of a run of high profile media moments, with an appearance on Germany’s leading morning show ’ earlier today, a guest slot on the nation’s biggest game show ‘BEAT THE STAR” ’ tomorrow, and an iconic cover feature with Esquire which drops later this month. With ‘BANG’, DONSKOY delivers the antidote to the autumn blues, with a full-throttle electro-pop banger which takes inspiration from the pulsating London club scene with a touch of UK rap flavour. ‘BANG’ shows that DONSKOY is always challenging himself and experimenting, pushing the boundaries of genre in unexpected directions. DONSKOY says, “BANG is a ode of love to my two home towns Berlin and London and a joyous way of remembering that sometimes you gotta go head first though the wall. Musically I tried to capture the essence of Londons grittiness and pace with the darker tones of Berlins Electronic scene. I feel like this song truly captures a lot of my persona and I truly hope it will make people dance and have a good time. ‘BANG’ is the newest product of DONSKOY’s creative partnership with the German hit-makers SAIN (Kelvin Jones, Scott Quinn, Trettmann). He wrote the track with David Thornton (Black Eyed Peas) and Nora Abakar (STING, Melody Gardot). The ‘BANG’ video will launch at DONSKOY’s YouTube at 7pm tonight. It seizes the song’s electric atmosphere with tightly-honed nocturnal choreography, before DONSKOY and his crew take the party onto London’s roads.
