( Sean) It’s about a relationship which has come to a halt, and the
other person steps up and reassures them together they can be something
special!
It’s a universal message, and I think if you believed in a relationship
you should fight for it and tell them how much they mean to you!
Can you talk more about your band? How did the band form?
( Sean) So I formed and produced Another State. I was in another
successful group for 10 years. I loved being part of a group, and
personally love the comrade and the sound that only when you’re in a
group you can make.
For me I had an amazing decade but it was time for me to do something
different so I put the band together myself.
You are a country pop male harmony group, which country musicians are
you into right now?
(Paul) For me it would have to be Luke Coombs, everything he touches
turns to gold, he really is the storyteller of the country world at the
minute.
Where did you shoot the music video?
( Dave) The music video was shot in a really cool location in Kent (add
name of farm) we were actually in the same field that Jason Statham
performed scenes from his new movie The Beekeeper.
Are you working on a album or Ep? any release date?
( Sean) we’ll be realising our next single on August 23rd 2024 and will
be releasing our music regularly this year with our aim to make an
impact in the UK and internationally.
Do you have next single planned for release?
( James) We are in a really great situation where we have a really
strong selection of tracks already written and recorded. The flip side
of that can be that it’s tricky to choose the next single but we are
confident that our follow up single ‘ The Only One’ set for release on
August 23rd 2024 will compliment “all you need” and help people get to
know us and our sound.
what are your creative process when you are songwriting and recording?
( Sean) Most song’s I wrote are wrotten pretty quickly. I co- wrote a
large amount of our songs and my method getting a song going is once I
know I’ve got a good melody I trust myself I get down my ideas/ melodies
and themes of the song down and dont ever think it too much .
I usually work with a few teams of song writers as I think you get the
best results when you’re working with the right people and together I
believe you get the best results. I’ll bring my idea to the table and we
adapt it and move it forward.
Which music artists would you love to work with either from a
songwriting point of view?
( James) There are some great country artists right now you embody the
modern scene, Luke Combs, Morgan Wallen but the UK Americana scene is
also thriving so we would be spoilt for choice. Also as one of the most
successful artists on the planet you have to consider Taylor Swift
especially as she has really bridged that gap between country and pop.
Anything live coming up?
( Dave) We’re working some exciting projects at the moment which we
can’t wait to share with everyone hopefully very soon!

( Paul) We do have some BTS footage from our individual music video
shoots which are always quite interesting as we don’t take ourselves too

What is on your streaming list music and movies or tv show right now?
( Dave) My musical taste is really varied I have stuff from Eminem, Dr
Dre, Biggie and Tupac to Frank Sinatra, Elvis Presley, Freddie Mercury,
George Michael, Mariah and Whitney etc. One of my favorite shows on TV
currently would have to be Clarkson’s Farm.
