Visionary electronic luminaries Empire of the Sun will illuminate London’s Alexandra Palace on Saturday 27th June 2026, landing on what would traditionally be Glastonbury weekend during the festival’s fallow year, offering fans missing Worthy Farm the ultimate live music fix. Delivering a spellbinding evening of anthemic soundscapes, ethereal storytelling and extraordinary visual artistry, the band will transform one of London’s most breathtaking landmarks into a world of pure imagination, perfectly suited to their larger-than-life performances.
This milestone marks Empire of the Sun’s first-ever appearance at Alexandra Palace, and their largest UK headline show to date. Performing in the revered, Grade II-listed hilltop palace, a site synonymous with historic, era-defining performances, the band will unveil an immersive stage production crafted specifically for the venue, transforming the space into an otherworldly realm of light, sound and spectacle.
Fresh off the immediate sell-out of their show at Labyrinth on the Thames, anticipation for their return to London is at its peak.
