Rising artist CHINCHILLA has released a highly anticipated live EP, Live: Summer ‘24, capturing a series of incredible performances from her festival run across the UK and Europe from this summer – listen here. Having blown away crowds at the likes of The Great Escape (Brighton), Manchester Pride, Mad Cool Festival (Spain), Reading Festival, Pinkpop Festival (The Netherlands) and more, CHINCHILLA considers 2024 as her favourite summer so far and can now share her experience with her fans worldwide.
Commenting on the release, CHINCHILLA says: “This summer was one of the best of my life. It’s the first summer in my career where every single festival I played people really SHOWED UP. Before every show I’d say to the band ‘okay guys, I don’t think I have any fans here so I really do think this one will be the one with no crowd where we just have to swallow it and get through it’- and I really believed it, but then I’d get out there and it was amazing. Thousands of people! The only thing that could have made it better is if I was able to get to more people- I know I have lots of Chinions overseas and I wanted to give them a special version of the live show. I love performing, it’s where I feel most at home and it’s where my soul shines. Being an artist is, I think, about celebrating the moments. This summer 2024 was a big moment for me and one that I want to remember forever. I love this live EP and I can’t wait for it to be out in the world.”

Earlier this year CHINCHILLA released her highly anticipated EP Flytrap, complete with seven tracks showcasing CHINCHILLA’s versatility as an artist through her distinctive sound as she weaves themes of power, independence, and growth. Flytrap included 2023 explosive single ‘Little Girl Gone’, the fiercely unapologetic banger that unintentionally became an anthem for female empowerment among CHINCHILLA’s listeners. Alongside ‘Little Girl Gone’, the EP included huge tracks ‘MF Diamond’ and ‘Bounce Back’ as well as emotionally charged ‘1:5’, all of which appear on today’s Live: Summer ‘24 release.
