| Today, international pop music sensation Jamie Miller has released his eagerly-awaited debut album, Long Way Home. The album features a total of 14 tracks written by Miller, including a soulful anthem ‘Every Lifetime’ featuring the multi-Grammy Award winner singer/songwriter Tori Kelly. The highly-anticipated record captivates fans with Miller’s trademark emotional ballads and soul-stirring melodies, now blended with fresh, upbeat rhythms. “This album represents something I’ve been waiting for a long time to talk about,” said Miller. “Coming from a small town, moving across the world to follow my dreams came with a little bit of culture shock, and I felt like I lost myself in the process. I tapped into my journals when I was in a dark place, and knew I wanted to deliver something that was real and honest for my fans.” Miller’s song “Better By Myself” perfectly encapsulates this next phase of his career as the focus track of the debut record; the upbeat, energetic tune with Miller’s hopeful lyrics as he sings about finding himself amidst strained relationships and realizing that he is, in fact, better by himself. Miller found his inspiration after stepping away and taking a look at where he was headed, the ‘red flags’ of relationships he overlooked, and learning to trust himself by setting boundaries instead of expecting people to change. “Better By Myself” explores the painful realization that despite how amazing things once appeared, they were ultimately harmful,” said Miller. “It’s about recognizing that you’re better off alone and that the love you thought was everything was actually holding you back. This newfound clarity is a powerful reminder that sometimes, the best path to happiness is embracing your independence and moving forward from what no longer serves you.” The album is released on the heels of Miller’s previously released single of the same name; an all-new track that’s an upbeat celebration of joy and fulfillment that comes from being with someone who makes every moment feel precious.
