After a busy spell which has seen him amass 50 million streams of last month’s ‘The Things I Left Unsaid’ EP and complete a major North American tour as special guest to Eric NamJamie Miller now takes a moment to chill-out ahead of the Christmas season. The Welsh-born, Los Angeles-based artist, who has been praised by star names such as Sam Smith,BLACKPINKKelly ClarksonP!nk and Jennifer Hudson, today gets the festivities started by sharing his take on the classic ‘Have Yourself A Merry Little Christmas’. Listen HERE.

Jamie brings an abundance of feeling to ‘Have Yourself A Merry Little Christmas’, his star level vocal talent rising to the challenge of hitting its soaring high notes. It’s a performance that could take this storied song to new audiences. It first joined the Christmas songbook after Judy Garland’s performance in the 1944 musical ‘Meet Me in St. Louis’ and it became an essential part of the season’s soundtrack when it was included on Frank Sinatra’s ‘A Jolly Christmas’ album.

Jamie says, “This song has always been my favourite Christmas song. My mum and dad used to play it all the time during the holidays and hearing it is so nostalgic and brings back so many good memories.”

Jamie Miller first came to international attention when one of his earliest releases, ‘Here’s Your Perfect’, rose to #2 on Spotify’s Global Viral chart and accumulated 500 million streams. His subsequent tracks built on that big start, leading to a career total of a billion+ streams so far.

But while Jamie was being positioned to become an identikit pop star, he wanted to make music that was more honest, authentic and representative of who he was. And so he channelled his vulnerabilities into his songwriting, went independent and, with ‘The Things I Left Unsaid’, proved that he could make it on his own terms. That mission will continue into 2024 as Jamie prepares to release his third EP while a major North American, European and UK tour is currently being planned.
