| Trailblazing artist, carolesdaughter (aka Thea Taylor), who V Magazine recently praised as “[spearheading] the next generation of alt-pop music,” releases her latest alternative anthem today titled “please put me in a medically induced coma” accompanied by an electric, modern-meets-cyber punk official music video. Penned by Thea, the track, as well as the video, explores her experiences with mental health, and the ways in which she is sometimes able, or unable to cope. Thea says, “’please put me in a medically induced coma’ was the anthem my friends and I would sing when I was in treatment. I wrote it when I was there, and we would just sing it all the time.
